6.1. Delivery Zones & Times

• We currently serve metropolitan and select suburban regions; serviceability determined by pin code.

• Standard delivery windows: 2–4 hours from order confirmation.

• Express delivery (within 1 hour) available at a premium.

6.2. Shipping Charges

• Free delivery on orders above ₹499.

• Flat fee of ₹49 for orders below ₹499.

• Express delivery surcharge of ₹99.

6.3. Order Tracking
Real-time tracking is available via the App. You will receive SMS and in-App notifications at key stages: order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery.

6.4. Failed Deliveries
In case of unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability, you may reschedule within 24 hours; additional delivery fees may apply.
