1.3. User Registration & Account Security
Users must register with accurate, up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

1.4. Order Placement & Acceptance
All orders placed through the App are subject to acceptance and availability. MrSabjiwala reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

1.5. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices displayed in the App include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.

  • Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.

  • You authorize MrSabjiwala to charge your chosen payment method for all fees and taxes.

1.6. Delivery & Risk of Loss
Delivery timelines are estimates; delays may occur. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery confirmation.

1.7. Intellectual Property
All App content—design, text, graphics, logos, and software—is proprietary to MrSabjiwala or its licensors. No rights are transferred to Users except as expressly provided.

1.8. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

  • Reverse-engineer or tamper with the App.

  • Post harmful, infringing, or fraudulent content.

1.9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
– The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
– MrSabjiwala disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted.
– Under no circumstances shall MrSabjiwala be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

1.10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MrSabjiwala and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms.

1.11. Modifications
MrSabjiwala may amend these Terms at any time; changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Prayagraj, India.
