Refund Policy

4.1. Scope
This Refund Policy governs requests for order cancellations, returns, and monetary refunds.

4.2. Order Cancellations

  • Pre-Dispatch: You may cancel within 10 minutes of order placement for a full refund.

  • Post-Dispatch: Cancellation requests after dispatch incur a 5% logistical charge; remaining amount refunded within 7 business days.

4.3. Returns & Quality Claims

  • Perishable items are eligible for quality claims only if items are spoiled or damaged.

  • To initiate a claim, notify us within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • Approved claims receive either a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

4.4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

  • Bank-processed refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect.
